When you're somewhere as hot as Charleston, you absolutely must have a go-to ice cream spot. Jeni's is the best place to grab a couple delicious, creative scoops.

For a spot that's as sweet as the mini tarts and tender-crumbed cookies it churns out, look no further than Sugar Bakeshop. Don't miss the local favourite Huguenot Torte.

We adore babas on cannon. What can we say? There's really no other spot like it in Charleston. Come here for quick and delicious breakfasts (don't miss the sardine toast) or a lovely evening drink with a few bites to accompany.

The Ordinary is a popular upscale seafood spot with creative dishes packed with flavour. The restaurant is housed in a converted bank building with sweeping ceilings and fantastic art deco touches. Don't miss the delicious fresh oysters.
