Miles and his team at Graft really know their stuff when it comes to wine. They've got a nice mix of funky, natural bottles and some true classics. Grab a bottle to go or sit in and sip one of their recs and a few nibbles.

Don't let the name fool you (though the seafood here is out of this world). There's much more to Leon's Oyster Shop than the catch of the day. Hunker down in the breezy courtyard if the air's not too sticky that day or luxuriate under the lazy fans inside.

Little Jack's Tavern is home to one of the best burgers in America (or the best, if you ask Bon Appetit!). We love this dark, moody spot for dirty martinis, crab cakes and, of course, burgers.

Honey pie, kougin amman or a teeny tiny sourdough loaf. Grab something delicious at Weltons Tiny Bake Shop. If you can get in the door, that is!
