On the list for the world's 50 best restaurants, Kato Restaurant is most definitely 'one to watch'. If the decor already has you bursting with delight, wait until you take your first sip of the Vesper cocktail infused with purple shiso, anise hyssop and peppermint. And then you taste the food! 12 courses over a period of three-or-so hours, it's safe to say a trip to Kato is going to be one heck of a culinary adventure.
