The Broad is THE contemporary art museum in downtown LA. Widely seen as one of the cornerstones of LA's recent cultural Renaissance, it's the home of Eli and Edythe Broad's collection of 2,000 post-war works and was designed by the famous architects Diller Scofidio + Renfro.

If you see a line forming at 10:45 (15 minutes prior to it's opening) of eager Angelenos waiting for their midday sushi, don't be alarmed. This is the normal at Sushi Gen, an iconic sushi spot in Downtown Los Angeles since 1980. Is it worth the hype? Absolutely.
