On the south side of the island lies the Anse de Grande Saline, or the Saline beach. Often regarded as the best beach on St. Barth, head to this secluded and unspoilt spot to soak up the day's sun. 

Plage de Saline is the perfect beach to visit for an undisturbed and peaceful afternoon. Hike the 15 minutes from the parking lot to this secluded stretch of sand and feel all your worries slip away. 

Simply outstanding, L'Esprit might be our favourite restaurant on the island. This amazing restaurant understands what creative cooking is, and the ambiance is truly fantastic. If we could, we would come back to L'Esprit every night.
