While you might not expect stellar tapas in Toronto, Bar Raval proves it really can be done. The atmosphere is vibey, and the food is undeniably good. 

Leave Canada behind, if only for a night. Bar Isable churns out excellent traditional Spanish food in the heart of Little Italy. 

Though Toronto is technically 'North of the Border' they have some truly excellent spots with that 'South of the Border' flavour. Chief amongst them? Fonda Balam.
