There's a German saying, "Das Auge isst mit" (the eyes eat too) and it couldn’t be more fitting for Aheste. The moment we laid eyes on their beautifully presented dishes, we knew we were in for a treat–and we weren’t wrong! Incredible flavors (they didn't get a Michelin star for no reason) served in the most stylish form.

Oh, how we love slendering along bookshelves, sipping on a small cappuccino now and then and searching for our next favorite read. Minoa Pera is an intimate independent bookstore that offers all the classics, experimental works and newcomers–perfect for getting lost in those words!

Comedus is a very chic yet laidback wine bar. A splendid spot to dig into a charcuterie board and a glass of rosé over a conversation with friends. If you are a lover of picnics or dinner parties, this is also the place to go find a unique bottle of natural wine. 

We were told to keep this one on the down low, since it’s one of those hidden gems that you almost want to keep to yourself. This cozy spot, run by the ever-charming Mr. Cavit, welcomes each guest with a warm smile and plates of fresh, comfort dishes. Rumor has it they have the best meze in town!
