Food made for sharing, although almost so scrumptious you will want it all to yourself. Noto is New York inspired, uses Scottish ingredients and fuses this with Asian flavours. And somehow chef Stuart Ralston just makes this work. So sip on your fermented strawberry and tapatio tequila before tucking in to some confit halibut and arbroath smokie croquettes.
