Kiln is a pottery studio and restaurant tucked away in Ouseburn. For wheel-thrown ceramic classes, a few good Middle-Eastern inspired dishes, delicious cocktails and that unique, Newcastle charm, Kiln has it all. Pop into Brinkburn St brewery next door, for the perfect end to a great supper. 

Sometimes the Newcastle Brown Ale doesn't make the cut. So, if you're craving a "Groovy Juice" New England IPA or an epic "Tyne Titans", head to the local craft brewery, Brinkburn. If you're feeling peckish, a burger washed down by a local lager never goes amiss. 

Cook House, it's fair to say, pioneered the "foodie revolution" in Ouseburn. Using ingredients sourced from Hexhamshire Organics, Anna Hedworth's dishes don't disappoint. Whether its the bbq'd mackerel with mussels, bone broth and kohlrabi or a aioli crusted hake and bacon crumble, the menus change with the seasons...and what the small kitchen feel like rustling up that day!
