With the original store to stop by, grab your loaf and buttery croissant based on the Riverside Walk and the new Bakehouse (where the magic happens) having opened in North Shields, you've doubled your chances of grabbing your weekend sourdough. They do run out! 

Cook House, it's fair to say, pioneered the "foodie revolution" in Ouseburn. Using ingredients sourced from Hexhamshire Organics, Anna Hedworth's dishes don't disappoint. Whether its the bbq'd mackerel with mussels, bone broth and kohlrabi or a aioli crusted hake and bacon crumble, the menus change with the seasons...and what the small kitchen feel like rustling up that day!
