Step off of the quaint, charming streets of Marylebone and into this gorgeous intimate restaurant serving up Peruvian-inspired small plates. We love their Pisco-centric cocktails; try one of each!
The Wallace Collection is London’s version of The Frick in New York. Wander through the halls of this grand house near Baker Street and take in paintings by Titian, Rubens and Van Dyck. The extraordinary collection extends to the suits of armour and ceramics that Sir Richard Wallace and the Marquesses of Hertford amassed in the 19th century. Plus, the glass-roofed atrium café is a lovely spot for a slab of carrot cake, and admission to the museum is free.
This nutty Marylebone concept store is redecorated twice a year to unveil a new collection. Founder Belma Gaudio is a keen traveller who launched the space with the idea of creating a holiday shop that would flip from beach to ski. These days, in addition to crochet skirts and neon salopettes, it stocks everything from vases that look as if they’ve been piped with icing to beaded bags embroidered with beetles. A temple to all things funky.
A behemoth on the classical music scene. It was built in 1901 as the showroom for German piano-maker Bechstein, and these days it’s considered one of the world’s greatest recital halls. The Monday lunchtime concerts broadcast live on BBC Radio 3 are a brilliant introduction – and good value too.

After a glow-up from Gabriel Chipperfield (son of David) there’s now a reading room and cool events space in the back where independent publishers and niche zines clamour to launch their titles.
