Culinary veterans Maitre Juriaan van der Maarel (from gloobles favourite Rijsel) & Steven Broere have crafted an absolute delight of a restaurant in Foer. The name hints at the Dutch verb ‘foerageren’, so it should come as no surprise that the menu leans heavily on seasonal produce from the Netherlands, with the menu changing from top to bottom every two months.

Casual but still cosy, Coulisse is the kind of place you can easily envision becoming part of your dining out routine, though we also think it’s fantastic for special occasions. Like so many of our go-to spots, Coulisse is hyper-focused on sourcing quality ingredients from local farmers, fishermen & producers (the chef is ex-Noma, so it's really no surprise).
