The busiest (and often most touristy) parts of Amsterdam tend to be places we avoid at all costs. And while you’ll never find us barreling through the flower market or queueing at Madame Tussaud’s, you almost certainly might spot us heading down the Rokin on our way to the charming Bar du Champagne. This small cellar bar serves excellent Champagnes and churns out masterful small bites – just what we’ve missed all along.
