Sabato Amsterdam
Named after the Italian and Greek word for 'Saturday', Stefanie and Jesse – the duo behind Sabato – are focused on bringing strangers together through cooking. Amsterdam is their base, though the pair offer custom catering, dinners, events and the occasional overseas pop-up. Inspired by family traditions, friendships, and connections made through travel resulting, their dishes are creative, playful, and beautifully presented. Expect vibrantly colourful tangerine spritz mocktails, petal-topped pastries, and a creative doll house closet modelled from squared sandwiches.

Now Noord knows a thing or two about good tacos. Coba, Bacalar and now Cosmo. It's a pop up from the family of Binnenvisser (all the big names) in which Omar Sanchez is rustling up some signature tacos and cocktails. The mushroom tinga tostada is a must, with an ice-cold Pacifico on the side. We're eagerly awaiting for Cosmo's reopening and Sanchez's next residency.
