Felperlaan's 4- or 5-course menu is a surprise - Benten Wijnen and Lila Felperlaan, the couple behind the restaurant, want to strip things back, keeping it simple with French, Spanish and Italian influences. The emphasis at Felperlaan is on “tafelen”, literally translated into “table-ing”, where you luxuriate over conversation and a delicious meal for hours.

Chef Nana works her magic creating delicious dishes from seasonal ingredients that are fresh from the nearby farmlands around Amsterdam.
