Named after Alfred Heineken, Freddy's Bar in De L'Europe is the perfect spot for an aperitif or digestif. From a classic biertje to the signature 'Dam Square', sip away on your tipple of choice whilst listening to some live jazz. 

This gorgeous movie theatre inhabits the old Theatre Tuschinski commissioned by Abraham Icek Tuschinski back in 1921. The theatre has a great selection of contemporary movies playing all day, but they also host live ballet and opera performances from famous international theatres on occasion. 

Door 74 is a fun take on classic prohibition bars. Hidden away in a tiny alley, this bar prides itself on being difficult to find. Once you ring the little doorbell, you are welcomed into a world of vintage wines, bubbles and exquisite cocktails.
