Blanche Dael is truly the tea shop of all tea shops. With a wide variety of blends (and coffee beans!) we love to stop here whenever we are in Maastricht. 

Coined the smallest café in the Netherlands, this is the cutest little spot, with a great atmosphere. Head for a biertje, and if the sun is out, soak up the rays on the terrace.  

At Le Fernand, marvellous ambience and excellent food go hand-in-hand. Their mind-blowing French menu and seriously good wine make for an unforgettable dining experience. Come déjeuner, dinner et supper, we know where we want to head!

Still grinding their grain in an old water mill, Bisschopsmolen is a  unique bakery that embraces tradition and brings it into the 21st century. Their homemade bread is the freshest in town, drawing big crowds at all hours of the day.
