NOVO new dining

Boschstraatkwartier

dinner

With its ever-changing menu, NOVO is the kind of place you can come time and time again without ever getting the most feared of all afflictions: palate fatigue. This fine dining restaurant is innovative, creative and supremely memorable.

As the oldest wine house in the Netherlands - dating all the way back to 1717 - Thiessen Wijnkoopers know a thing or two about good wine. Pop in to buy a bottle or two, and if time is on your side head to the wine bar next door for a glass.
