There is no surprise the playlist at Corchito always hits... the owners met in Argentina’s music scene before opening this laid-back Madrid wine bar. The vibe is minimal, almost Shaker: white walls, candle sconces, and shelves lined with bottles. Rustic tables filled with groups clinking glasses of Yves Jacques blanc de blancs and digging into cheese platters from Formaje.

The best latte in town? Quite possibly. There's a reason Syra Coffee can be found in a fair number of cities across Spain, and that's for its uber-creamy, freshly-roasted homebrews. Take a bag of beans home with you, or treat yourself to a monthly (if not yearly) subscription. 

This minimalist café serves great coffee and breakfast options. We love their cardamom bun the most. A huge plus is the beautiful welcoming interior and kind service.
