Though it may not be all that glamourous from the exterior, when you amble inside the doors of Sol Soler it exudes warmth. From the wildly tiled floor, the wood panelled bar and the glorious smells wafting from the kitchen: your bellies aren't ready for the wonder that you're about devour! The pincho tortilla is a must. 

Anita is one of the best gelaterias in the world. All over London, Tel Aviv, Sydney, New York, Barcelona and the list goes on. Their Barcelona location is a chic corner right around a plaza with plenty of benches to enjoy a cone in. It is modern, it is eclectic and it is truly fantastic. The best part is that besides the “usual” flavors, they get creative with inventions such as Crème brûlée pistachio crumble, Pavlova and mixed berries and White chocolate espresso. However, serving gelato stylishly is not the only grand thing they handle, their Froyo bar is insane. 

An overload of Catalan deliciousness lands on Bar Bocata’s little white tables and bar, where bowls of spiced olives are ready for snacking while you wait for potato tortilla, Iberico ham croquetas and pa amb tomàquet. Barcelona has no shortage of tapas bars, but Bar Bocata is the one we’d happily cross town for – even if it’s just for another round of croquetas.

One for the meateaters and seafood lovers, though Ultramarinos Marín happens to be located within an old bar it is indeed a chic asador. If you're looking for a hearty brekky, then the answer lies in this spot.
