What better way to spend your afternoon soaking up the sun on this flower-bed of a terrace at The Giri Café. As the veg is all hand-picked from the garden, savour the flavours, and try the likes of a grilled heart lettuce and white asparagus with 'árbol' chilli and roasted almonds, or a tarte tatin with cherry tomatoes, parmesan ganache and basil pesto. 

Intimate and relaxed, The Giri Residence is situated in a former finca, with five unique eclectic suites. It is almost impossible to not feel instantly relaxed at this place: so spoil yourself with a relaxing treatment at the spa, have lunch at The Giri Café in town, and drift off by the pool under the shelter of a gazebo.
