Tucked away in the fisherman quarter of the Old Marina is this relaxed tapas restaurant. Go for the wonderful atmosphere, the freshest tasting dishes, and delicious natural wines recommended by ex-Noma chef, Boris Buona.

Down on Marina Botafoch, Cipriani Ibiza hums with the kind of energy that doesn’t need to announce itself. The crowd’s international, the linen’s crisp, and the martinis cold. The room glows in that timeless Cipriani way – honeyed light, waiters who glide seamlessly through the throngs, and beautiful plates of seafood and heavy Italian cuisine that fit perfectly into the refined setting. Order the veal limone or the lightest of bologneses as the perfect fuel for a long evening of drinks set to the beat of live DJs. Note it's only open for dinner.

Perched on a privileged hilltop just outside Ibiza Town, Casa Maca is one of the island’s most effortlessly hip foodie hideaways and boutique hotels. Breakfast and lunch are fresh and delicious, but come sunset, huge cuts of Argentinian steaks and vegetables from the hotel’s own garden are hung over the open fire, while guests and visitors alike unwind to live sets from DJs and local artists, soaking up the carefree, soulful energy that defines Ibiza.
