Set in an old finca, Macao celebrates the homely vibes of a rustic Italian trattoria, embracing the village's charm and natural surroundings. The design is intentionally unpretentious, focusing on creating a romantic atmosphere within the tree-shaded terrace strung with lights.  The kitchen turns out Italian classics done right - think handmade pastas and produce-led plates that let the ingredients do the talking. The crowd is a mix of locals, island regulars, and those in the know, all drawn by Macao’s easy charm and that quietly buzzing, unmistakably Ibiza energy.
