Food Circle is an intimate & immersive dining experience. With seats for just 12 lucky guests in an open-air pavilion, Food Circle is a gem in the hotel’s organic garden.
This sleek boutique retreat has cosy cabanas & romantic rooms overlooking the water. Heaven! Sun yourself by the beautiful outdoor pool in the garden and take in the stunning views. We adore their homemade bread and organic breakfast made with local produce.
The food is superb, but what makes JNcQUOI's newest venture Deli Comporta just that little bit more special is the interior. Colourful, patchwork curtains, Viúva Lamego tiles and hand-painted vases by Susa Monteiro; you won't know where to look first.
The Pierre Yovanovitch interiors all hand-painted tiles, parquet floors and bespoke curved furniture. The working winery and barrel room. Breakfast on the terrace with those rolling Douro views. The infinity pool. Commissioned artwork throughout, including a cluster of pale pink glass bubbles hanging over the kitchen table.
When coastal retreat Quinta da Comporta opened its newest oceanside restaurant, Elemento Atlântico, the setting was a guaranteed hit. Just metres from the JNcQUOI Beach Club, Elemento is poised as a revamped beach shack, fitted with brushed wooden window frames, a raised boardwalk, and a decked interior featuring hanging boats, a ceiling library, and decorative fishing rods. A Philippe Starck vision. The food, a Portuguese- and Brazilian-inspired mix led by chef Manu Buffara, is a fresh take on fish-led starters – baby squid is grilled upon a bed of corn purée and squid ink sauce – while the main dishes move towards heavier, coconut-led sauces.
