A trattoria brimming with history, La Torre da Carla has been a family affair since the 1960s. Before that, this charming little spot in the town square was the local tavern and inn. Now, it's just as quaint, intimate and full of locals although it is also one of our favourite spots to tuck into a bowl of the finest cacio e pepe.

Tucked away in the rolling green hills of Capalbio, Locanda Rossa is an enchanting retreat set within a beautifully restored country farmhouse, home to 3000 olive groves, buzzing beehives and fragrant kitchen gardens celebrating Tuscany’s rich agricultural roots. Take the time to savour the property's own olive oil, honey and seasonal produce at Larossa and Red Bar, or simply unwind poolside beneath the hotel's signature red-and-white striped umbrellas. Thoughtfully designed with accessibility and inclusivity in mind, Locanda Rossa welcomes everyone, from families and couples to groups of friends, travellers with disabilities and even four-legged companions.
