With 12 hectares and hundreds of years of history, the Botanical Garden of Rome is a haven in the city to experience some of Italy's most unique flora. 

While maybe not as famous as Fontana di Trevi, we think it is just as beautiful and worth a visit. 

A wonderful villa built in the early 16th century for the banker Agostino Chigi, featuring superb artworks from masters such as Raphael, all alluding to Chigi's personal whirlwind of a life. 

Though moderation may not be a term applied at Enoteca L'Antidoto, we're not at all mad about it. Order the wine by the bottle (no glasses allowed) and settle down for a merriment of small plates, vinyls and a terrific atmosphere.
