Stone the colour of dried lavender, cypress trees cutting straight lines into a wide Provençal sky. Les Hauts de Gordes sits above one of the Luberon's most visited villages without feeling remotely touristy. The bastide spreads across seven ensuite rooms sleeping a full house party, with walls thick enough to hold the night cool long into the afternoon.
