Steps from Château d'Eau metro in Paris's 10th arrondissement, this 34-room boutique hotel by Necchi Architecture is a 1970s-to-1990s fever dream: lacquered walls, chrome details, checkerboard tiles, and kinetic art. Vintage ceramic panthers, Diptyque bottles, and a fortune cookie on the pillow. The crowd is young, thoroughly in the know, and very much from the Touriste family.
