This lively petit grand café is a fave spot of ours because of its great coffee and  its wonderful curated library. Buchbar is incredibly cosy, so we love coming here to sit and read for an hour or two.

Pet nat and pastries? Yes please. Bakkerij Funk is new to the Antwerp food scene and we could not be happier. Serving freshly baked bread, plant-based pastries, good coffee, and terrific wine, come breakfast, lunch, or drinks we know where we're heading. It's called Funk for a reason. 

While it may not come to such a surprise that café canelé specialises in canelé, the range of flavours never fail to have us stuck in a decision dilemma. We recommended bringing a good book, trying a few and then ordering a box to take home. One can never have too many canelé!
