An Italian kitchen with a slight Japanese twist, Cucina Itameshi serves a delightful, if a bit unusual, range of flavours. With an open fire flaming in the kitchen, low-level lamps contrasting the otherwise regal chandeliers and a gentle chitter-chat, this is one of our favourite date-night spots. Our order? A hamachi crudo, shogun caesar salad, a good bowl of udon cacio e pepe and some miso black cod dressed in a rich nduja, ginger dressing. All to be shared. 

Mochi is an incredibly cool Japanese spot in the city. It is sleek, modern, laid-back and quite phenomenal. For all nigiri lovers, ramen enthusiasts and those who would love to pair the fresh flavours of their salads and sashimi cuts with a Yuzu Negroni.
