Hop on the road and cruise along Coolamon Scenic drive. Make a pit stop at the lookout for some stellar views overlooking Byron and with Julian Rocks out in the distance. 

Pop on your best hiking shoes as the Minyon Falls walking trail is a 13km route you don't want to miss. It's not every 3 to 4 hour amble that sees you passing through rainforests, waterfalls and crossing log stepping stones over the streams.
