Chef Prin Polsuk, who cut his teeth at David Thompson's Nahm, brings his guests on a whirlwind trip around Thailand's tastiest corners with a family-style menu that leans heavily on hard-to-find Thai ingredients and long-forgotten recipes.

Fresh from a billion-dollar refurbishment that pushed this slightly dated 1970s landmark back to the top of Bangkok's hotel scene, its Andre Fu-designed rooms now all look out over the green sprawl of Lumphini Park (best savoured with a morning coffee in your snug bay window). The restaurant line-up – from classic Thai to chi chi Italian –is top notch, and the pool and spa hit the spot after a day around town.

Chic dining in a beautiful hotel. Chef Pim’s creativity and attention to detail is evident in each dish. For the full experience, we recommend ordering the Heritage set menu.

Overlooking the twinkling cityscape of Bangkok, Vertigo & Moon Bar are two amazing rooftops offering delicious dishes and cocktails. Our favourite is the Moon Bar because of the starlit infinity effect. Come here for the view, stay for the food and vibes.
