Like Central, Maz explores the vast biodiversity of locally sourced ingredients, with about 80 percent of the ingredients sourced from Japan. Intimate Kaiseki style restaurant with one Michelin star. While expensive, every penny will be worth it as you enjoy some of the best food, service, and sake. We recommend their signature quail’s egg yolk and trout caviar rice cracker.
