The original Weekenders Coffee, behind a car park on Tominokoji, is relocating to a fresh location though the original roastery opens to serve its Colombian-sourced brews. The building harks to a traditional machiya (Japanese, wooden townhouse), with simple interiors that create space for the sacks of coffee beans, industrial grinders, and scales.
