Just north of Marrakech's famous Medina, at the edge of the Majorelle Gardens, Maison Brummell Majorelle hides behind a large but inconspicuous arched doorway. Inside, an adults-only sultry hideaway. The eight-rooms blend modern design with a Moorish touch that never feels heavy-handed: terracotta-toned walls, palazzo tilings, elongated balconies and alcoves that echo traditional latticed mashrabiya screens. Communal space by architects Bergendy Cooke and Amine Abouraoui feels warm and lived-in, with polished-concrete, low-slung sofas, a shaded pool, and board games galore. After a day bartering over ceramics and silk cushions in the souks, retreat to  Brummell Majorelle's set-in-stone spa, complete with massage room and steam bath and take a big exhale.
