If we could suggest one place to go for paella in Mallorca it would be Restaurant Es Port de Valldemossa, not only for the food but for the amazing atmosphere and terrific views.  Take a post-paella dip if you're not too stuffed!

Housed in an old mechanical garage, this bright, cosy eatery is one of our favourite spots in town. Their tapas are made with fresh local ingredients that really sing when paired with a bottle of crisp wine from the region.
